Now Building Our Officer Roster — Fort Worth · DFW

Licensed Security Officers — We're Hiring Security Guard Jobs in Fort Worth & Dallas–Fort Worth

We don't post warm bodies. We deploy trained, licensed officers who can hold a post, write a clean report, and make the right call without being told. If that's the officer you already are, we want you on the roster before the next contract starts.

The Standard

This Is Not a Warm Body Company

Most guard companies hire to fill a schedule. We hire to hold a standard — because our clients are buying an outcome, not an occupied chair. Here's what that means in practice, and what it means for you.

Standard — Reporting

Reports That Hold Up

Every shift generates a written report a client can read and, if it ever comes to it, an attorney can use. We train the format and we hold the line on it. If you take pride in documentation, you'll fit here.

Standard — Supervision

Real Supervision

You'll know who your supervisor is, how to reach them, and what the post orders say before you ever work the post. No showing up to a site nobody briefed you on.

Standard — Judgment

De-escalation First

Presence, observation, and de-escalation are the job. Force is the exception, governed by written policy and training — not by whoever is loudest on scene.

Standard — Compliance

Licensing Done Right

Credentials, training records, and requalification are tracked by the company, not left to you to remember. Under Texas law the employer files individual license and commission applications — we handle that end properly.

Standard — Leadership

Led by an Operator

Twenty years of U.S. Navy counterintelligence and HUMINT behind the company. Officers are briefed like professionals and expected to perform like them.

Standard — Respect

Straight Answers

Clear post assignments, honest scheduling, and no surprises about hours or pay. If we can't staff you the way we said we would, we'll tell you rather than string you along.

Not Licensed Yet?

We are prioritizing officers who can be scheduled immediately, so we are not onboarding unlicensed applicants at this time. That is a timing decision, not a door closing — the fastest way onto this roster is to get licensed.

We've partnered with Train Protect Defend, which runs Level II, Level III, and Level IV courses as well as Texas License to Carry classes. Complete your training there, get your credential issued, then come back and apply — you'll be applying as a licensed officer, which is exactly who we're hiring.

If your background is strong — military, law enforcement, corrections, or comparable — submit the form now and note your status. We keep those submissions on file and reach out when we open a sponsored licensing track.

Common Questions

Applicant FAQ

Do you have openings right now?

We staff contracts as they're awarded, which means openings appear on short notice. We keep a standing roster of verified officers so we can call people who are already cleared rather than start recruiting from zero. Applying puts you on that list whether or not a specific post is open today.

Is this full-time or part-time?

Both, plus on-call. Post schedules vary by contract — some are steady full-time coverage, others are event or overflow work. Tell us your real availability on the form and we'll match you to what fits.

What areas do you staff?

Fort Worth and the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area, with statewide work on select contracts. Note your home area and how far you're willing to travel.

I'm not licensed yet — how do I get started?

Get your training done and your credential issued, then apply. We partner with Train Protect Defend, which offers Level II, Level III, and Level IV courses along with Texas License to Carry classes. Once your credential is active you'll be applying as exactly the kind of officer we're hiring.

What if my license is expired or expiring soon?

Apply and say so on the form. An expiring credential is a scheduling question, not a disqualifier — but we need to know where you stand before placing you on a post.

Does applying mean I have a job?

No. This form places you on our candidate roster — it is not an offer of employment and does not guarantee hours or work. We staff posts as contracts are awarded, and we contact rostered officers first when they open. Candidates who move forward complete a short personality assessment and a background check in accordance with Texas DPS requirements before placement.

How long before I hear back?

We review submissions as they come in and verify credentials first. If your credential is active and your availability matches what we're staffing, expect contact within a week or two. If not, your application stays on file.

Next Step

Get on the Roster Before the Next Contract Starts.

Ten minutes now means a phone call when the post opens — instead of finding out after it's filled.
